New Moon Ritual: My Manifestation List for June/25

New Moon Rituals used to be part of my routine a while ago. But it’s been almost a year since I haven’t done it. The last one I did was in July last year, when I did it in person at my old yoga studio. This was a habit I had maintained for many years, but for some reason I stopped for a while…

I have manifested many things with these rituals, and I have also seen manifestations happening in front of me with students who participated in my in-person events. This month I even thought about organising a group again, in person or online, but I’ve been feeling a little tired of always announcing things… I know it’s part of my job, but I’m at a stage where I’m a little fed up with it, you know?

I think that if I had a small group of people who already wanted to come and it was something confirmed, I would do it, but just to think about making a post, writing, talking about it on stories and waiting to see if anyone shows up makes me tired. So this month I decided to do it by myself, just to get back into the habit and not let it go unnoticed.

I was going to share this list in my newsletter, but I thought about putting it here on the blog so I can save these records for my Future Self 🥰 I have it in a notebook dedicated just for this, but I like the idea of having it on the blog too.

While I was writing, I even thought about making it into a video for my YouTube channel. But the idea was very last minute and I decided to perhaps leave it for next month.

If you’re reading this and don’t really know what I’m talking about, in this post I’ll teach you how to do this ritual step by step.

Ok, let’s do it.

The 10 things that happened in the last 4 weeks that I am thankful for:

  1. being approved to participate in the Surface Festival
  2. the art fair I went to in Brisbane
  3. the coffee and journal club we are doing every week at Starbucks
  4. a few hours working with Mari on ceramics
  5. discovering $500 in my Squarespace account (!)
  6. the forró classes we’re going every week
  7. the yoga class I took at Breath Haus
  8. going back to doing pilates every week
  9. the canvas I started painting of Burleigh Hill
  10. making the decision to stop teaching yoga (getting that off my chest made me feel so much lighter)

The 10 things I am ready to manifest

  1. taking private art lessons with Kaína
  2. a new car
  3. having 8 people for the group trip to Japan
  4. editing and posting the videos I recorded for my YouTube channel
  5. sell my mandalas again
  6. to feel emotionally balanced again
  7. translating my website (soon after I finished this blog post I stopped procrastinating and just did it!)
  8. editing and posting the meditations I recorded for my Insight Timer profile
  9. teaching a mandala workshop again
  10. creating the colourful products I had the idea to sell

(Funny thing, after writing this post I had my therapy session and it made me think twice about some of the things I wrote on my manifestation list… I didn’t want to change it because this is what my heart wanted at the time, but who knows what the next chapters will unfold ✨)

Part of the ritual is sharing your manifestations with the world, whether it’s a group of people doing this practice together, or a friend, etc. I’ll share it here, making my lists public. Maybe by sharing this, it would inspire other people to do it as well? 🙂

I’ll create another post with the step by step about how to do it ritual, but it’s pretty simple. The only thing you need is pen, paper and a few minutes. The best time to do it it’s 1 or 2 days after the peak of the new moon, so it’s still the beginning of the cycle, but the moon is already receiving a bit of light again. After writing your manifestation list, close your eyes and visualise each of your desires happening in your mind, as if it were true already. Send me a message if you have any questions 🙂
